Hey Parents and Friends,Well, after resting on Sunday, Monday was a great day! K2 began the "normal" schedule as opposed to the Higher Ground schedule and it's been great! The difference is that now is when their individualized schedule starts so the classes they picked on the first night are now their schedule. It's been a great Monday!!!
Verse: 2 Timothy 3:16: "All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness."
Morning/Afternoon: Normal, awesome, schedule!
Night: PIRATE PROM 2009. Oh moms and dads, this party was a blast!!! I mean teenagers today love pirates!!! It's hysterical!!! All the girls were either pirates or in hysterical 80's dresses that maybe they stole from your closets! It was just a blast! We played a game in the afternoon and the result was to get counselors to "walk the plank." The roaring sea was our K2 pool and the kids of course loved seeing that! Pictures to come soon!
I can't believe the 1st set of 13 day kampers are almost gone...goodness it is going to fast! I wish they all could stay for 25 days (or more :)!!!!
