Hey Kanakuk Term 2/4 Parents and Friends,(Disclaimer: I am on time off with my family but here is what is on the calendar for these days. If it has rained during these 2 days I won't know it...so it's the planned day :)
Women of the Bible Study: Sarah / Genesis 16:1-6, 18:1-15, 21:1-7
Verse: Psalm 37:3-4
Morning: Normal morning classes.
Afternoon: Normal afternoon classes.
Night: PAJAMA PARTY! This is girls only night! We come to dinner in pj's (of course appropriate to be out in) and then bring pillows and blankets to go to our huge girls gym to watch a movie! We have popcorn and soda at intermission and it's just such a fun all girl night! I love at kamp that prayerfully we remind girls that we are not all out to get each other. That healthy, Christ centered friendships are the BEST! That being a girl and being with your friends that are girls is a good thing and you need that! (sort of a soap box button for me b/c i hate that the world is screaming at girls to compete/be mean in every way!)
