July 24...

Hey Kanakuk Term 3/5 Parents,
Well, July 24th is here and the day is about to start. I am bloggin early instead of late as the Robbins family does have time off later today and tomorrow. So I might be a bit late on posting the details of Sunday...

Women of the Bible Study: The Bleeding Woman (what a name right? :)) / Mark 5:25-34
Verse: Matthew 17:20

Morning: Normal morning of classes.

Afternoon: Normal afternoon of classes (this is the last day of Higher Ground. Sunday is a laid back day with no classes and Monday we will start our normal individualized schedules for each kamper)

Night: TRIBALS! Tonight the girls split into Kickapoo and Kiowa tribes and get to begin to dream and plan the Karnival night that they put on for the guy kampers. This is a long tradition at K1 and K2 (at K1 they call it Stunt). I love the tradition of Kamp and how far it dates back but also the new energy each term of girls bring to it.

Tomorrow is Sunday...and Sundays at K2 might be the best days of all! Stay tuned...

Window to the K2 World,
