Hey Kanakuk Families and Friends,Only 1 more day till Term 5 is done and we head into the last 2 weeks of Kanakuk Summer! How does this happen? Goodness, it goes by so fast! Here is the jist of the day...
Verse: Joshua 1:9: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
Morning/Afternoon: We had a normal day of classes today. The weather was a little rainy but I know for the girls of Triathlete we still did our mini-triathlon today...rain or sun! It was awesome! I know all the specialties and classes had a great time today! It was bitter sweet as we all know we are saying bye to the Term 5 girls!
Night: We had KARNIVAL and FAMILY VESPERS tonight. Karnival was so much fun! The Kickapoo and Kiowa princesses did such a great job on the banners, themes, and dances for the K2 Term 3/5 carnival! It was a blast! We also had family vespers with Term 5 parents (so sorry I never posted the schedule...totally own that! My bad!). Joe encouraged the families and some kampers headed home.
