What a day! Amazing!!!! I actually tonight helped one of our leadership girls launch a website for her speaking. Okay, so today was awesome. Normal day with a party at the end! Great day! Here is the day for you:
Devo: 2 Corinthians...The Judgement Seat of Christ
Morning: Normal periods 1-3. Treetops was cabins 5 and 6.
Afternoon: Normal periods 4-5. We don't have 6th period on party days.
Night: K-EXTREME PARTY! Everyone was decked out in anything extreme. Lots of neon, bright colors. We had an extreme couponer outfit (she had pasted on coupons all over a shirt of hers...hysterical!). Had girls in handmade Justin Bieber shirts as a whole cabin and they were EXTREME Justin Bieber fans...so cute! It was a blast! We had lots of water games that they traveled around with their brother cabin competing against other brother/sister cabins. We ended with a big dance party in the K-dome (our basketball gym) and they were lovin' this party!
So now they are showered and finishing devos (well, actually now they should be drifting to sleep!) after an awecrepic day at K2! We get to see you all soon for closing ceremonies. I'll be posting soon the details of closings at K2. Sure thankful for each of you...going to scare my hubby by jumping into bed (i think he is just barely asleep...it will be funny!)
