Kindness...this word has been on my brain. ALOT! Being kind, a kind person, kindness...over and over. As I say it quite a bit to 2 little ones I find myself asking am I kind? Here is how webster defines it:
Kindness: the quality or state of being kind.
Kind:
1 : wanting and liking to do good and to bring happiness to others
2 : showing or growing out of gentleness or goodness of heart
To be kind...do we as women really know how to do this to each other? I find myself the other night rather fired up through a situation in which girls were not kind. Christian girls...christian girls were not kind. They poured themselves into who the world wants...gossip, slander, betrayal, etc. CHRISTIAN sisters in Christ looked no differently than the rest of the world.
Ask yourself today...are you kind? Do you treat people with kindness? To be a kind woman means you are a different...which points to your Creator. Amen and Amen!
