Hey Kanakuk Term 1 & 1B Parents,Well, sorry to be just now posting on June 17th. My computer has said it's been "configuring" for 2 days. Weird, I know. So sorry! So here is your little scoop of K2:
Women of the Bible Study: Eve / Genesis 2:16-3:13
Verse: James 4:7
Morning: Normal Classes. Periods 1-3. On our treetops (we also call this summit) was cabin 2, 4, and 6. The kampers love the climbing walls, ropes course and ending with an awesome zipline. Kids by no means HAVE to do this...we never force a kamper. Just for clarification if you as a mom or dad just got nervous.
Afternoon: Normal Classes. Periods 1-3
Night: AFTERDARK in the ARK. This was such an awesome party! We had animals 2 by 2...okay not real animals but people dressed as animals. We covered the whole volleyball courts with black tarp and made it feel like the ark. It was awesome! Kampers kept saying it was their favorite party EVER!
p.s. Cabin 15 & 16 girls are out on K-Wet trip. K-Wet is right across the lake on the next cove and the girls have a blast at KWet.
