Well, for the most part of this day I was on time off but I'm sure it was just wonderful! I know dinner and K-Life were awesome! Sure hope you are loving summer and not missing your daughter(s) too much! We have all luggage here for all the girls except for 1 but UPS made the mishap and it's on it's way! That is always a success when all luggage is here and with each girl! PTL (praise the Lord!)
Devo: Matthew...The Sermon on the Mount (the girls' devo book is a walk through the New Testament. So each day will be a different book and it focuses on something from each book.)
Morning: Normal morning of periods 1-3. Treetops (the climbing wall, rappelling tower, faith fall, and our awesome through the trees ropes course ending with our super long and awesome zipline is what treetops is) was cabins 9, 19 and 20.
Afternoon: Normal afternoon of periods 4-6.
Night: K-LIFE TONIGHT! Don Ford, the President of afterDark and pureExcitement, spoke tonight. His message was about walking with the Lord is WORTH IT. No matter what life has looked like thus far that it is so worth it to know and daily surrender to the Lord's unconditional love. We also have a worship leader named Brady Toops (YOU HAVE TO GET HIS ALBUM ON iTunes! Your kids will think you are so cool and hip if you have it and are jammin' out to it! Song of Moses is my fav. oh, and lift your eyes too! Sooo good!)
Please keep/start praying for your daughter's heart while she is at K2. I pray she will feel loved and encouraged. Thanks for your prayers!
